Study Description:
We invite you to participate in an observational study aimed at filling the gaps in our overall understanding of Bipolar Disorder. This is the largest and most comprehensive longitudinal study of its kind, conducted in collaboration with five prestigious institutions: Mayo Clinic, Johns Hopkins, Harvard/McLean, University of Michigan, and UCLA. Our goal is to utilize the collected data to identify key clinical, neural, and biological factors that contribute to poor outcomes in patients with Bipolar 1 Disorder. By answering critical questions, we hope to refine and improve future treatments and interventions.
Participants will undergo comprehensive physical and psychological assessments (deep phenotyping), including annual blood and saliva collection, MRI scans, neurocognitive tests, mood state evaluations, and other additional procedures. Join us in this groundbreaking study to help shape the future of Bipolar Disorder research and treatment.
All participants will be compensated for their time.
