Participant Eligibility

Who is eligible to participate:

1. Adults between 18 and 70 who have a loved one who has been admitted and is still in the intensive care unit (ICU) at Memorial Hermann Hospital who
2. Expect to help provide care for their loved one when their loved one is discharged home from the hospital.
3. Can complete questionnaires and the consent document in English.
4. Have access to a smartphone, tablet or computer (this study is completed virtually at your convenience).
