This study is currently looking for people who:
- Are 18 years or older
- Can speak and read English
- Use methamphetamine
- Report regular cigarette smoking
Study Description:
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of naltrexone-bupropion combination pharmacotherapy on smoking behavior and METH use, to test efficacy, and examine drug craving and reward mechanisms.
Bupropion is an active ingredient as some antidepressant medications and a medication used to help people stop smoking. Naltrexone-bupropion (brand name Contrave) has been shown to aid in weight loss when combined with a reduced calorie diet and exercise plan.
All participants will be compensated for their time.
