General Inclusion Criteria: (no more than 5) Age 18+ Years of Age.
Diagnosis of and Receiving Treatment for Alcohol Use Disorder.
Has Gmail account and uses Chrome for internet searches; Willing to allow access to patient visit data
Willing and able to complete study elements with the team
Study Description: The central question this study seeks to address is whether internet search information increases readiness to change for patients with problematic alcohol use, resulting in the receipt of a formal AUD diagnosis from a provider and engagement in AUD treatment (documented in an EHR).
(for every study) All participants will be compensated for their time.
Only key words related to alcohol use and treatment options will be extacted from the internet search data.  Other search data will not be retained. All participant information will be de-identified.
