Caesa Nagpal, MD

Biography

Caesa Nagpal, MD, is assistant professor of psychiatry and behavioral sciences, as well as an attending physician at UTHealth Harris County Psychiatric Center (HCPC). She joined the department in 2015 after completing general psychiatry residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston and her medical degree at Sri Guru Ram Das Institute of Medical Sciences and Research in Punjab, India. Nagpal provides advanced adult psychiatric services in the inpatient acute care units at UTHealth HCPC. She has a particular interest in diagnosing and treating mood and anxiety disorders before, during and after pregnancy, having trained under Lucy Puryear, MD.
