Information Technology (IT)
To get started with an IT request (hardware or software), you must:
- Submit your initial request to our LAN Manager William Hou via ServiceNOW.
- Your request should include these details:
- Number of Quotes Needed
- Product Specifications (Hardware or Software; Type; Name)
- Review Quotes
- Once you have selected your Quote/Product:
- Email Ms.PsychiatryProcurement@uth.tmc.edu:
- Completed PO Form with CFS number
- Copy of the Quote
- Email Ms.PsychiatryProcurement@uth.tmc.edu:
- Your request should include these details:
When requesting updates on IT orders, please email your request to William Hou with the PO number. Please note Will is unable to provide an update without a PO number.
