Study Description:
The purpose of this research is to examine how stress, sleep, and mental health are related and the role of brain function in their relationship. If you choose to participate in this study, you will be asked to answer daily surveys on a smartphone and wear a wellness wristband for about 30 days. You will also be asked to complete procedures at our research center before, after, and possibly during this 30-day period. These procedures include questionnaires and interviews about your experiences, MRI scans, computer tasks, etc. The total amount of time you will be in this study is about 19-31 hours at our research center and about 20 minutes per day answering survey questions on a smartphone for a duration of 30 days.
All participants will be compensated for their time.
