Below is a list of detailed things you need to know about the switch to the ChAMP Clinic following your psychiatric evaluation:
- Fill out assessment scales emailed to you prior to your appointment day
- Park in RPC lot across the street
- Be sure to arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment
- Stop by security on the 1st floor
- Take the elevator to the 2nd floor and check in at the Child & Adolescent Psychiatry window
*Important notice*: The ChAMP clinic operates as a comprehensive medication and treatment monitoring clinic under the supervision of Dr. Cesar Soutullo. To qualify for the ChAMP clinic, individuals must undergo an initial psychiatric evaluation conducted by Dr. Soutullo at UT Physicians Outpatient Clinic, situated at 6410 Fannin Street, Suite 500, Houston, TX 77030.
