Muhammad Badarnee

Muhammad Badarnee is a postdoctoral fellow at the Center. His main research focuses on understanding the role of thalamic nuclei in fear learning and extinction. He completed his PhD program at the School of Psychological Sciences, Tel Aviv University. After completing this program, he served as a visiting scientist at the Technion–Israel Institute of Technology (Haifa). He then joined NYU Grossman School of Medicine as a postdoctoral fellow, where he began his training in fear learning. In his free time, he enjoys reading classic literature, late modern history, working out, and visiting new places.
