Psilocybin for Treatment-resistant Depression Study

 

Purpose:

The objective is to investigate the efficacy of a single dose of COMP360, administered with psychological support in adult participants with TRD, in improving symptoms of depression, functioning, and associated disability and on response and remission of depression. Participation requires multiple weekly visits after screening pass, and compliance with study procedures.

General Inclusion:

• Adults aged ≥18 years at Screening
• Screen positive for major depression without psychotic features and without any other psychiatric diagnosis
• Be on a current depressive episode at the moment of screening
• Treatment failure of 2-4 different pharmacotherapies on the current major depressive episode (MDE)
• Willing to dedicate appropriate time and provide reliable means of contact.
