Soares, MD, PhD, and co-course directors, Gabriel Fries, PhD, MSc, and Marsal Sanches, MD, PhD, FAPA, invite you to join us for the 2026 UTHealth Houston Mood Disorders Conference: The Many Faces of Bipolar Disorder.

Despite significant advances over the past several decades in the treatment of bipolar disorder including new pharmacologic agents, psychotherapeutic approaches, and interventional strategies—a substantial proportion of patients continue to experience inadequate treatment response. In this conference, bipolar disorder across the life span will be explored, as well as treatments to manage, a look into translational research in bipolar disorder, and bipolar disorder combined with comorbid conditions.

Join us to explore the latest in bipolar disorder from the experts! Breakfast, lunch, refreshments, and opportunities to network and meet new colleagues will be provided at the conference. For any questions, please contact Senior Marketing Coordinator, Aaron Zapata.
