The Combined Adult and Child Psychiatry Track

Welcome to the UT Health Houston Combined Adult and Child Psychiatry Track Program!

This combined program permits the completion of both their adult residency training and child psychiatry fellowship within five years. It also allows the opportunity for general psychiatry residents with specific interest in children and adolescents gain earlier exposure to pediatric clinical and research experiences from their intern year through their third post graduate year, and eventual transition into the child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship program.

Interested applicants need only complete the ERAS application cycle once for both residency and fellowship training by indicating their intent to pursue this track while applying to the general psychiatry residency program.
