Participating as someone with Psychosis
If you are interested in participating in any of these studies and you have been diagnosed with psychosis, please fill-out this form.

Participating as a Relative of a Patient
We are also interested in people who are relatives of someone diagnosed with a schizophrenia spectrum disorder. If you are a relative of someone with schizophrenia and are interested in participating, please fill-out this form.
Participating as a Healthy Control
For some of our studies, we are recruiting individuals who have no history of schizophrenia nor any family history of schizophrenia. If you are interested in participating, please fill out this form.

Parking and Transportation:
There is a parking lot located across the street from the building. You will be reimbursed by the research team when parking for research appointments.
If you do not have transportation, we can provide you with some. Our research center can provide you with an Uber ride to and from your research appointments.
