The Recovery-oriented Treatment Program

The Recovery-oriented Treatment Program (ROTP) is a multidisciplinary psychosocial program for individuals experiencing a serious mental illness, like Bipolar Disorder, Major Depressive Disorder with psychotic symptoms, or a Schizophrenia Spectrum Disorder.

The ROTP is housed within the Harris County Psychiatric Center (HCPC), which is part of the UTHealth Houston Behavioral Sciences Campus. The ROTP is cost-free and aims to provide individuals with treatment necessary to reduce the likelihood of rehospitalization.
