Study Description:
The Texas Youth Depression and Suicide Research Network (TX-YDSRN) is a 10-year study designed for children aged 8-20 who have been diagnosed with depression and/or suicidal ideation, and it is conducted virtually.
The purpose of this study is to provide support for children and adolescents suffering from depression and/or suicidality, and/or those in treatment for depression, regardless of current mood state. Additionally, the study may convey insights from the clinical research assessments to family doctors and providers in order for them to administer better, more personalized care.
The children and young adults will be compensated for their time.
