Ingredients
- 1 ¼ cups quick oats
- ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ½ cup peanut butter
- ⅓ cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp cinnamon (optional)
Recipe Directions
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Using your hands, form into equally sized balls.
- Arrange balls on a lined cookie sheet, and freeze until firm, about 1 hour. Keep stored in the refrigerator or freezer.
