No-Bake Chocolate Chip Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cups quick oats
  • ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ⅓ cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp cinnamon (optional)

Recipe Directions

  • In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
  • Using your hands, form into equally sized balls.
  • Arrange balls on a lined cookie sheet, and freeze until firm, about 1 hour. Keep stored in the refrigerator or freezer.
