2023 President's Award for Excellence in Postdoctoral Research Award Winners

The Postdoctoral Association and the Office of Postdoctoral Affairs at UTHealth Houston have named five McGovern Medical School postdoctoral research fellows as the winners of the 2023 President’s Award for Excellence in Postdoctoral Research.

The 2023 winners (and their mentors) are:

Second Place – Abhijnan Chattopadhyay, PhD; (Dianna Milewicz, MD, PhD); Internal Medicine
Third Place – Kyrylo Pyrshev, PhD; (Oleh Pochynyuk, PhD); Integrative Biology and Pharmacology
Finalists – Neha Arora, PhD; (Yong Zhou, PhD); Integrative Biology and Pharmacology, and Xiaolei (Sherry) Zhao, PhD; (Jun Wang, PhD); Pediatrics
