Members of the inaugural class of the Master of Science in Anesthesia Program pose for a team photo, Feb. 15. The program became the 21st program established in the country and the first at a Texas state institution.

The 28-month program features a curriculum encompassing 100 credit hours, 900 hours of didactic and simulation-based learning, and clinical training with over 2,5000 patient-contact hours. The inaugural cohort will begin their studies in the Fall of 2024.
