In Memoriam: Jan Hendrickson
Jan Hendrickson, senior administrative manager in the Office of Technology Management, died May 21, 2024. She was 67.
She joined the Medical School staff in 1986. Her co-workers were like her family.
“Jan was the embodiment of a team player and such an integral part of the fabric of the UTHealth family for almost four decades, especially with her role in the Office of Technology Management for the last 17 years,” said Bruce Butler, PhD, vice president of Research and Technology. “She will be greatly missed, honored, and remembered.”
She is survived by her daughter, Elana Milner Lloyd (husband Bryan) and her two granddaughters, Hayley and Haydyn Bartlett. The funeral service will be held at 3 pm, Saturday, June 1, at Peevey Funeral Home, with visitation one hour prior to the service.
