Dr. Bibek Raj Bista donates medical supplies in Nepal

Bibek Raj Bista, MBBS, MPH, assistant professor of pediatric critical care, donated a medical supply gift from Children’s Memorial Hermann Hospital to Patan Hospital in Nepal. Bista met with fellows and faculty from the Patan Academy of Health Sciences, who launched the first Pediatric Critical Care Medicine Fellowship in Nepal. The donated equipment will be used for direct patient care, including endotracheal intubation and for transportation of endotracheally intubated patients in hospital.
