H.E.A.T (Humanities, Ethics, and Anesthesia Technical Skills), a new student organization at McGovern Medical School, hosts its inaugural conference March 1-2. The mission of the organization is addressing ethical and technical issues that have been identified in anesthesiology via immersive skills and art sessions provided by experts in the field and geared toward undergraduate and medical students.
