Celebrate science with a STEM-tastic Adventure

Celebrate the 75th anniversary of the National Science Foundation with a hands-on, high-energy STEM experience, May 10 at the Children’s Museum Houston (1500 Binz St.).
The event is a collaboration between the Children’s Learning Institute at UTHealth Houston, The Health Museum, the UTHealth Houston School of Public Health, UTHealth Houston Neurosciences, and Rice University Office of STEM Engagement.
The full day event lasts from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. and promises a day of exploration that inspires young scientists. Children will participate in interactions and thrilling demonstrations, hands-on workshops to spark curiosity and creativity, and a STEM Challenge Course for young innovators. Additionally, there will be live bubble performances and jaw-dropping science shows, a spotlight on NSF-funded early STEM learning projects, and a special focus on empowering girls in STEM.
