Help Us Shape the Future of Our School – Complete the Engagement Survey

Recently, I was delighted to represent McGovern Medical School at the 2025 Houston Chronicle Top Workplace luncheon, where UTHealth Houston was recognized for the 11th time. This honor is only possible because of the valuable feedback you provide from the annual UTHealth Houston Employee Survey.

From now until Nov. 24, you can again share your feedback in this anonymous survey where your candid responses will help us understand what is working well and where we can improve. The more responses we receive, the clearer picture we’ll have of how to make our school an even better place to work, teach, and grow.

I encourage you to take a few moments to complete the annual engagement survey you received by email on Nov. 10 from Energage with the subject “Your UTHealth Houston Employee Survey.” By participating, you will also help UTHealth Houston achieve a 35% or higher response rate, which qualifies the university for consideration as a 2026 Houston Chronicle Top Workplace.

Let’s aim for strong participation across McGovern Medical School. Your insights will directly influence the decisions and initiatives that shape our culture and community. The last day to participate in the annual engagement survey is Monday, Nov. 24.
