The Health Educators Fellowship Program welcomed its 2026 cohort with the annual Opening Retreat. The event marks the beginning of an 18-month journey for faculty committed to advancing excellence in health sciences education. The Health Educators Fellowship Program reflects a strong collaboration and a shared investment in the future of health professions education between multiple schools at UTHealth Houston and The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center.
The Opening Retreat brought together 43 faculty educators alongside deans and senior leadership from across both schools, underscoring the collective support and enthusiasm for this educational initiative.
