When it comes to heart care, we know patients and their referring physicians have a choice. We manage our patients with their lifestyle interests and objectives in mind. Because heart care is complex, we use a team approach, tailoring cardiac therapies to help patients live longer and fuller lives. We engage referring physicians in the care of their patients, keeping them informed about progress throughout the evaluation and treatment process. After a patient’s treatment, referring physicians receive a summary and plan for follow-up. We encourage continued communication about each patient.
