Assistant Professor of Vascular Surgery at McGovern Medical School at UTHealth, Rana Afifi, MD, was recently interviewed On SiriusXM Channel 110, Doctor Radio on the subject “Knowing the Risks and Treatments of Aortic Disease”.  During the live 30-minute interview on December 11th, 2019, host of the show and cardiologist, Dr. Nieca Goldberg led the conversation between listeners and Afifi to discuss aortic aneurysms, dissections, and genetic mutations, as well as causes, and treatments for different aortic diseases.
