Application Information

The Fellow must have completed an ACGME accredited Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation residency and be certified or eligible by ABPMR. Foreign medical graduates must be eligible for an Institutional Permit of a Texas Medical Licensure and work permit to work in the state of Texas.

Applicants are selected for interview based on preparedness, ability, aptitude, academic credentials, residency performance, communication skills and personal qualities of motivation, integrity, enthusiasm and communications skills.  Educational accomplishments, recommendations from residency training supervisors, board scores and medical school performance.

Fellow selection for appointment to our program occurs after personal interview.

Number of fellows being requested: 1 (one) or 2 (two) per year.
