Studies in development

Led by Antonio L. Teixeira, MD, PhD, and grounded in robust basic and clinical components, the NPP is currently developing the following studies:

• ‘ABCDE-LS’, a naturalistic follow-up study of cognitive and behavioral domains in older adults
• Home-based Transcranial Direct Current Stimulation (tDCS) for apathy
• Immune biomarkers of behavioral domains and neuropsychiatric disorders
• Modeling behavioral syndromes in rodent models of neurodegenerative conditions (Alzheimer’s disease and stroke)
