Registration for Website Access

Please fill out the form below so you may be granted permission to edit your website.

• A UTHealth ID email address is required to gain access to make edits to the websites. There are no exceptions.
• After submitting the form you will receive a confirmation email of receipt.
• Permission to edit your department’s website will occur if the department DMO or administrator has granted authorization. We will send a request for verification to the respective person upon receipt of your request. Requests received after 4 p.m. on weekdays will be processed the next business day.
• Access to edit your department’s website will occur after training by a member of the Office of Communications. You and the website’s owner will be responsible for any changes to your website once access is provided.
