Ingredients
- 1 (15-oz) can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp dried marjoram
- ¼ tsp ground all-spice
- ¼ tsp salt
Recipe Directions
- Position rack in upper third of oven. Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Blot chickpeas dry and toss in a bowl with oil, cumin, marjoram, allspice and salt. Spread on a rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake, stirring once or twice, for 25-30 minutes or until browned and crunchy. Let cool on the baking sheet for 15 minutes before serving.
