How to Make Custard Toast

Ingredients
- 4 slices whole wheat bread
- ½ cup plain yogurt
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp honey
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- Fruit of choice (bananas, berries, peaches, etc.), sliced
Recipe Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Line a baking pan with parchment paper. Place slices of bread on a lined pan.
- Using the back of a spoon, indent the bread by pressing down slightly in the center of each slice of bread. This will help keep the custard in place.
- In a small bowl, add yogurt, egg, 1 tsp honey, and cinnamon. Whisk to combine.
- Spoon custard into indented toast. Top with fruit of choice.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Drizzle remaining 2 tsp honey over top. Serve warm.
