Charles “Trey” C. Miller, Ph.D., to Lead Clinical Research and Health Care Quality Programs

We are pleased to announce that Charles C. Miller, Ph.D, professor of the Department of Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery, co-director of the Center for Clinical Research, and Associate Dean of Hospital Control at McGovern Medical School, has now been named Associate Vice President for Clinical Research and Health Care Quality at McGovern Medical School.

With this new role, Dr. Miller will oversee the policies, procedures, and programs around clinical research and health care quality at UT McGovern Medical School. His role will facilitate the implementation and assessment of the university’s programs, to better efficiency and enhance quality in core areas of the university’s mission of education, research, and clinical care.
