Physician writer Samuel Shem visits McGovern Medical School

McGovern Medical School welcomed internationally recognized author Samuel Shem as part of the McGovern Center for Humanities and Ethics’ Arts & Resilience Program, March 7. Shem, the pen name of Stephen Bergman, MD, PhD, is a novelist, playwright, essayist, and activist.
