Burnout, emotional fatigue, and constant pressure have become all too common in the medical field. In the process of caring for others, many healthcare professionals find themselves running on empty, whether it’s physically, mentally, or emotionally. But true healing begins from within. How can we continue to serve at our highest capacity without losing ourselves along the way? How do we restore balance, resilience, and a sense of purpose in the midst of demanding environments?

Join SB Keshava Swami as we explore timeless wisdom and practical insights on sustaining inner well-being, managing stress, and rediscovering meaning, helping those who heal others learn to heal themselves.

This hybrid event will be on Friday, May 8, at Noon in the TMC Library’s Classroom 2 and via Zoom. Lunch will be provided for the first 50 in-person attendees.
