Citardi and Luong Named to Best Doctors List for Otorhinolaryngology
Two of the nation’s top otorhinolaryngologists practice at UT Physicians, the clinical practice of McGovern Medical School at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth).
Martin J. Citardi, MD, professor and chair of the Department of Otorhinolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at McGovern Medical School, and Amber U. Luong, MD, PhD, associate professor in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery, have been named to the Best Doctors in America® list for 2017-2018.

Dr. Citardi is an internationally-recognized rhinologist, researcher, author and editor. His clinical interests include refractory sinusitis, revision sinus surgery, computer-aided surgery and minimally invasive anterior skull base surgery. Dr. Luong is a surgeon-scientist who has been funded by multiple sources including the National Institutes of Health. Her research and clinical interests include allergic fungal rhinosinusitis, refractory chronic rhinosinusitis, and the pathophysiology of chronic respiratory disease.
