The registration fee for this meeting is $649 for practicing physicians and $499 for APN, PAs, nurses and trainees.

Important!

Hotel registration is separate from meeting registration. All sessions will be held at the beautiful Barceló Maya Palace, an all-inclusive resort in Cancun, Mexico.

Attendees are strongly encouraged to register for the official resort hotel. Please note that the resort will charge a daily access fee to attendees who stay at a different hotel or off-site accommodations.
