Training Model and Evidence-Based Interventions

As part of the intensive training model, LCSW supervisors will use intervention fidelity rating scales:

• To rate LMSWs adherence to therapy standards for treatment interventions
• To provide ongoing coaching for improvement.
• To enhance the fellow’s clinical expertise

LCSW supervisors review patient clinical assessment and outcome data with fellows on a regular basis to review treatment progress and plan future treatment.

All fellows become certified in the following therapeutic modalities:

• The Unified Protocol for Transdiagnostic Treatment of Emotional Disorders in Children and Adolescents.
• Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)
