Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups plain or vanilla yogurt
- ½ cup oranges, peeled and diced
- ¼ cup blueberries
- ¼ cup strawberries, diced
- ¾ cup cereal of choice (Corn Flakes, Life, Cheerios, Rice Krispies, etc.)
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp canola oil
- ½ cup fruit of choice (kiwi, strawberries, etc.), diced
Recipe Directions
- Create orange yogurt layer by adding ½ cup yogurt and oranges to a food processor or blender. Blend until incorporated. Place mixture in a small bowl.
- Create blueberry yogurt layer by adding ½ cup yogurt and blueberries to a food processor or blender. Blend until incorporated. Place mixture in a separate small bowl.
- Create strawberry yogurt layer by adding ½ cup yogurt and strawberries to a food process or blender. Blend until incorporated. Place mixture in a separate small bowl.
- Create cereal layer by adding cereals, vanilla, honey, and oil to a food processor or blender. Blend until well incorporated. Place mixture in a separate small bowl.
- Refrigerate the 4 mixtures for 30 minutes.
- Using 2 cups, assemble the parfaits in alternating layers of yogurt, cereal, and fruit. Top with ½ cup of fruit of your choice. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.

Tips
If you don’t have a food processor or blender, chop fruit, and place each type in an individual bowl. Add ½ cup yogurt to each bowl, and hand mix. Prepare cereal layer by placing it in a plastic bag and using a rolling pin, mallet, or potato masher to crush to desired consistency. Add remaining cereal layer ingredients. Shake bag to mix.
