MSB 5.001 – Gallery Rectangular Table Setup Options

To schedule GDI Services’ setup services, contact Dolores Lee (uthsc@ihservices.com) and Yesenia Navarro (uthsc.assistant@ihservices.com) at least one week prior to the event. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the location is reserved for the setup/teardown and that it is taking place as scheduled.

Setups not listed on the Conference Operations Room Setup pages will need to be requested in writing to ms.deancops@uth.tmc.edu before contacting GDI Services for approval.

Gallery Classroom Setup

(30 chairs and 10 tables) Remove round tables and unused chairs. Return to Normal setup after event.

GDI Service’s Fees: Regular Hours $265.00 After Hours $325.00 (Requires 3hrs Setup and 3hrs Teardown)

 

Gallery Conference Setup

(22 chairs and 6 tables) Remove round tables and unused chairs. Return to Normal Setup after event.

Gallery U-Shaped Setup

(20 chairs and 6 tables) Remove round tables and unused chairs. Return to Normal Setup after event.
