How to Apply

Thank you for your interest in the UTHealth Houston Addiction Psychiatry Fellowship Program.

Our program participates in the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS) and the National Resident Matching Program (NRMP) for fellowship recruitment. Applicants should submit all application materials through ERAS and register for the Match through NRMP.

Application Requirements

Applicants should provide the following materials through ERAS:
• Completed ERAS application
• Curriculum vitae (CV)
• Personal statement
• Three letters of recommendation
• Medical school transcript
• USMLE and/or COMLEX scores
• Other supporting documents as required by ERAS
