TCHATT Anxiety Program
The TCHATT Anxiety Program is part of the Texas Child Health Access Through Telemedicine (TCHATT). The TCHATT Anxiety Program provides free specialized mental health care for youth ages 5 to 21 years struggling with stress and anxiety.
We provide free, time-limited services, including:
- Individual Therapy
- Psychiatry/Medication Management
- Virtual and/or In-person appointments
- Referrals for other/continuing care, as needed (depending on your insurance, cost may be incurred)
We can help with:
- Generalized Anxiety Disorder
- Separation Anxiety Disorder
- Social Anxiety Disorder
- Phobias
- Panic Attacks
- OCD
- Life stress or worry
