vCard replaces the University’s Buycard, and can be used for purchases made over the Internet or by phone. To make a purchase using a vCard,

  • Completed vCard Request Form with
    1. CFS
    2. Preferred method for completing your transaction
    3. Justification for using a vCard vs. a PO or Non-PO
• Delivery
  • Delivery date is determined by the vendor at checkout.
  • Email [email protected] your packing slip.
  • Email [email protected] your receipt, if you have not already done so.
