Ingredients
- 1 (15-oz) can chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
- 3 Tbsp peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- 2 Tbsp chocolate chips
- ⅓ cup honey
- Cooking spray
Recipe Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Add chickpeas, peanut butter, vanilla extract, baking powder, baking soda, honey, and half (1 Tbsp) the chocolate chips to a blender. Blend until well combined.
- Spray baking pan with cooking spray.
- Pour batter into pan. Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips on top of pan.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
