Ingredients

  • 1 (15-oz) can chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
  • 3 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 Tbsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • 2 Tbsp chocolate chips
  • ⅓ cup honey
  • Cooking spray

Recipe Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Add chickpeas, peanut butter, vanilla extract, baking powder, baking soda, honey, and half (1 Tbsp) the chocolate chips to a blender. Blend until well combined.
  • Spray baking pan with cooking spray.
  • Pour batter into pan. Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips on top of pan.
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
