Ultrasound usage among emergency medicine physicians in Ecuador and its effect on patient care.

Biography

I am a clinical ultrasound fellow establishing a global health partnership with emergency medicine residencies in Quito, Ecuador with the goal of increasing the use and the accessibility of ultrasound by emergency physicians which will ultimately impact patient care.

I also work with Memorial Hermann leadership to increase the use of ultrasound among emergency physicians to improve patient outcomes and increase departmental revenue.

In my free time, I like to spend time with my husband and dog, travel, and eat all the delicious food Houston has to offer.
