Dr. Jeff Chen earned his MD from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Medicine and completed his residency at UTHealth Houston. He went on to serve as Chief Resident in Internal Medicine and pursued a fellowship in Quality Improvement & Patient Safety.
As core faculty for the Internal Medicine Residency, he is actively involved in resident education while also leading various safety and quality initiatives. He serves as the Quality Director for both the hospitalist group and Memorial Hermann-TMC, driving improvements in patient care and hospital operations.
