Former postdoctoral fellow of the McGovern Center, Christine Wieseler, PhD, has a recent publication published in The Journal of Philosophy of Disability. In the paper, “The Import of Critical Phenomenology for Theorizing Disability,” Wieseler presents the methodological and metaphilosophical issue of how to conduct ethical inquiry about disability as a response to inadequate extant models for theorizing subjective experiences of living as a disabled person.
