| The Study | INVEST-HD is a Phase 3 randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial evaluating Votoplam, an oral therapy designed to reduce mutant huntingtin (mHTT) protein by modifying HTT RNA splicing. |
| Who can participate? | • Ages 21–70 • Genetically confirmed Huntington’s disease (CAG ≥40) • Early symptomatic stage |
| What is required? | • Screening for eligibility • Daily oral medication (Votoplam or placebo) • Regular clinic visits for: Neurologic and cognitive assessments, blood tests and biomarkers, MRI ± lumbar puncture |
