Ibrahim Migdady, MD, MHA, is a board-certified neurologist and neurocritical care physician. He earned his medical degree with distinction from Jordan University of Science and Technology in 2015 and subsequently completed postgraduate medical training in the United States.
He completed his neurology residency at the Cleveland Clinic, followed by fellowship training in Neurocritical Care at Harvard Medical School-affiliated institutions, including Massachusetts General Hospital and Brigham and Women’s Hospital. Following fellowship, Dr. Migdady joined the faculty at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, where he served as Assistant Professor of Neurology and Neurosurgery and Associate Director of the Neurocritical Care Fellowship at Montefiore Medical Center.
In 2024, he joined UTHealth Houston as Assistant Professor of Neurology and Neurosurgery and as a Neurocritical Care physician at Memorial Hermann Health System. He also completed the Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) program at Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in 2025, with formal training in healthcare management and health system operations.
Dr. Migdady has led or contributed to multiple multicenter studies and clinical trials in acute stroke, subarachnoid hemorrhage, traumatic brain injury, and critical care neurology. His current interests include developing innovative solutions at the intersection of clinical care and health system design, with an emphasis on evidence into operational and technological solutions that improve care delivery across health systems.
He is board certified in Neurology and Neurocritical Care by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and is a member of the American Academy of Neurology, the Neurocritical Care Society, and the Society of Critical Care Medicine.
