Medical Students

Our Neurosurgery Department offers clerkships for 3rd year medical students at our institution only and several elective rotations for 4th year medical students in domestic and foreign medical schools.

Residency

Our Neurosurgery Residency Program is a seven-year program that accepts three PGY-1 residents per year. Our goal is to produce outstanding neurosurgeons and the next generation of neurosurgery leaders.

McGovern Medical School at UTHealth offers a two-year neurocritical care fellowship, a two-year endovascular fellowship, and a one-year skull base/vascular fellowship.
